Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 days via DHL or FedEx ($12.95)
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS (orders over $50)

Note: Delivery times may vary for international shipments. Asia and certain remote regions are excluded from our shipping coverage.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

  • Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:

  • Opened Additives & Cleaners
  • All Oils (including Auto Transmission Oil)
  • Brake Fluid
  • Opened Clothing Merchandise
  • Destroy or Die merchandise (all sales final)

    • Whether you prefer refund or exchange
  2. Receive Authorization
    Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
    • Return authorization number
    • Shipping instructions
    • Any special requirements

Refund Processing

  • Timeline: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)

Exchanges

  • For exchanges of the same value: Follow the standard return process and clearly state your desired replacement item
  • For exchanges of higher value: You’ll be invoiced for the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
