1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase required
- Certain products are final sale (see section 5 below)
Performance Note:
For hygiene reasons, Chaussures (footwear) and Clothing must be returned in unworn condition with original packaging.
2. Return Process (3 Simple Steps)

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Any special requirements for your item
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Send the item(s) to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timeline: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
4. Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly state your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
For exchanges of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:
- Additives & Cleaners (opened containers)
- All Oils (including Auto Transmission Oil)
- Brake Fluid
- Opened Clothing Merchandise
- Destroy or Die merchandise (final sale)
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item/incorrect shipment
- We’ll arrange for replacement or return at our expense
